Today we float by a “Freak Rock Formation” before we plummet to our deaths, screaming and calling out for our mothers…

- Raised exposure, contrast, shadows and whites
- Lowered highlights and blacks
- Raised clarity, vibrance and saturation
- Raised dehaze
- Sharpening raised
- Added lens corrections
Removed the tourists and leveled the photo…
I didnt think there was enough clouds, so I stole some from this shot…
And masked it into the target photo.
Then I tried a photo where I mirrored the “flowerpot” and rotated them a bit…
That didn’t seem interesting enough,
So I tried a 90 degree angle…
To fill the photo I cloned in more clouds to the original photo…
Then I added more water to it.
I thought it didn’t look very good like that, so I used a graduated filter to add some shadow to the “Waterfall.”
I thought I was done there, but after I lived with this shot for a while I thought it might be better if I ditch the rocks that are defying gravity all together.
After cloning out the second rock formation and cloning the clouds a bit to make the photo look less symmetrical, I realized that made much more sense, or as much sense as this weird photo could make.
